2. User Accounts

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Use the platform in compliance with Algerian law

3. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent event information
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
• Upload malicious code or interfere with platform operations
• Harvest user data or use automated systems without permission
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Post offensive, harmful, or inappropriate content
• Sell or share plants that violate Algerian agricultural regulations

4. Event Listings & Guide Content

Event Organizers: You are solely responsible for the accuracy of event information, managing registrations, and fulfilling commitments to attendees. Mashtalati is a platform for discovery and does not guarantee event quality or outcomes.

Guide Authors: Cultivation guides should be accurate, safe, and appropriate for Algeria's climate zones. We reserve the right to remove guides that contain harmful advice or plagiarized content.

Users: Verify event details with organizers before attending. Follow plant care guides at your own risk, considering your specific local conditions.

5. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of content you post (guides, event descriptions, photos). By posting, you grant Mashtalati a license to display, distribute, and promote your content on our platform.

Our Content: The Mashtalati platform, logo, design, and our original content are protected by copyright and may not be used without permission.

6. Plant Sales & Transactions

Mashtalati facilitates connections between buyers and sellers but is not party to transactions. We do not guarantee plant quality, health, or compliance with agricultural regulations. Users engaging in plant sales must comply with all applicable Algerian laws and regulations regarding plant trade and phytosanitary standards.

7. Disclaimers

Mashtalati is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free platform access
• Accuracy of user-generated content
• Results from following cultivation guides
• Plant survival or event attendance experiences
• Resolution of disputes between users

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mashtalati and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including plant losses, failed events, or damaged property. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the platform (if any) in the past 12 months.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or harm the community. You may delete your account at any time through account settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be announced via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Algeria. Disputes shall be resolved in Algerian courts.
